Who are your reseller boxes for?
Anyone who resells! Whether you’ve just started your first Whatnot show or you’re already flying through hundreds of items every week, we’ll have different box sizes and price points so you can buy at a level that works for you.
Can I request stock I want you to source?
PLEASE DO! 😂🩷 This is actually a massive part of what we want Resellr to become. If your buyers suddenly won’t stop asking for a particular jacket, set, product or trend, tell me! You can send requests through our contact page or email support@resellrs.co.uk. Seller feedback will help us decide what we go hunting for next.
What actually comes inside a Resellr box?
It depends on the box you choose! Every product page will tell you the type of stock included, the number of pieces and any other important information before you order. We want you to know what you’re spending your money on. 🩷
How often will you release new stock?
The plan is to keep Resellr moving constantly 👀📦 New stock, trending pieces and different categories will be added as we source them. Rather than filling the website with the same stock forever, I want there to always be something worth checking back for.
Are your boxes blind or mystery boxes?
No random mystery pallet filler here 😂 Our boxes are put together around the category or stock drop you’ve actually chosen. Check each product listing for the exact details of what that particular box includes.
Do you cherry-pick all the best stock first?
Nope! Resellr was literally created because I know how frustrating that feels. Stock is selected for the boxes with resale in mind, I’m not keeping all the good bits for my own Whatnot rail and sending you whatever is left. 🩷
What clothing sizes will I receive?
Sizes will vary depending on the stock drop. Where possible, we aim for a useful mixture of sizes rather than filling a box with one size. Any specific size information or ranges will be shown on the product page before you order.
How do you decide what goes into the boxes?
This is where being a reseller myself comes in handy 😂 I pay attention to what buyers are asking for, what’s trending, what’s appearing on successful lives and, most importantly, what sellers tell me they actually need. I want my stock drops to move with the market rather than stay the same all year.
I’m completely new to Whatnot, are your boxes suitable for me?
YESSS 🥹🩷 You absolutely do not need to be a huge seller. Resellr is for the girl doing her first ever live just as much as the seller doing hundreds of orders. Starting smaller can actually be a great way to test what your audience likes before buying bigger quantities.
What happens if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?
Please email me at support@resellrs.co.uk with your order number and details of what’s happened. If something has arrived damaged, send me some photos too. I'll investigate it and help get it sorted. 🩷
