We really hope you LOVE your Resellr box, but if something has gone wrong, please don’t panic, just get in touch and we’ll help you sort it. 💕

Changed your mind?

As our boxes are put together and supplied specifically as reseller/wholesale stock, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns on trade purchases.

Please have a good look through the product photos, stock information, quantities and box details before ordering so you know what you’re getting. We want you excited for your box, not surprised by it 😂📦

Something arrived damaged or missing?

This is different! If something arrives damaged, items are missing, or you’ve received something different from what you ordered, please email us at support@resellrs.co.uk.

Pop your order number in the email and send us a few photos of the issue and packaging where possible. We’ll have a look and get it sorted with you. 🩷

Depending on what’s happened, this may mean a replacement, partial refund or full refund.

Parcel gone walkies? 😭📦

If your tracking hasn’t moved or your parcel hasn’t arrived when expected, email support@resellrs.co.uk and we’ll investigate it with the courier.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

About our reseller boxes

Our boxes are curated for resellers, so individual pieces can’t be returned simply because a particular size, colour or item isn’t your personal favourite or doesn’t perform as expected on your selling platform.

Where a box has specific contents shown or listed, we’ll always aim to make sure your order matches what was advertised. 💕

Need to cancel?

Message us ASAP at support@resellrs.co.uk.

If we haven’t started preparing or allocating your stock yet, we’ll see what we can do. Once your order is being processed, packed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

A little note on resale 💸

We choose our stock with resellers in mind, but unfortunately we can’t promise what an individual item will sell for or how much profit you’ll make. Every seller, audience and platform is different, that’s part of the fun (and chaos 😂) of reselling.
